IPTV EPG & TV Guide Setup: Never Miss a Live Show Again

What Is an EPG?

EPG stands for Electronic Program Guide — the grid that shows what's on now and next for every channel. It is what makes IPTV feel like a real cable box instead of a bare list of channel names.

Super IPTV Includes EPG Automatically

Your M3U playlist and Xtream Codes credentials include the EPG data built in, so most players populate the guide automatically at login. If a channel shows "No Information," a quick refresh usually fixes it.

How to Enable the TV Guide in Each Player

  • TiviMate: Settings → TV Guide → enable, then assign your playlist.
  • IPTV Smarters Pro: The EPG loads automatically from your Xtream Codes account.
  • IBO Player: EPG is enabled by default after playlist upload.
  • Smart IPTV: Paste the EPG URL alongside your M3U in the SIPTV dashboard.

Pro Tips

  1. Refresh the guide after a channel list update.
  2. Sort channels into favourites for faster browsing.
  3. Set the player to open on the TV guide for a cable-like launch.
