What it checks

See what's actually in your playlist

The analyzer counts channels and groups, flags exact duplicate URLs and duplicate channel names, and reports missing EPG IDs (tvg-id) and missing logos (tvg-logo) so you know why channels show no guide data or artwork.

Run the dead-link check and it tests every unique stream URL over HTTPS, reporting the HTTP status and latency of each โ€” so dead channels are flagged before you waste time clicking through them. Then download a cleaned playlist with duplicates and dead links removed.

How it works

Three steps to a clean playlist

1
Load it

Upload a file, paste the text, or drop a playlist URL. Parsing happens locally in your browser.

2
Analyze it

See channel count, groups, duplicates, missing EPG/logos, and run a dead-link check against every stream URL.

3
Clean it

Download a deduped playlist with dead links removed โ€” ready to load into TiviMate, Smarters or XCIPTV.

Privacy

Nothing is uploaded

Parsing is 100% client-side. Your playlist text stays in your browser. The only request that leaves your device is the optional dead-link check, which sends just the stream URLs to the checker โ€” and none of them are stored.

FAQ

M3U analyzer questions

Is this M3U analyzer really free?
Yes โ€” free forever, no signup, no watermark, and no limit on playlist size. It is a tool we built for the IPTV community.
Will my playlist be stored or shared?
No. Parsing runs entirely in your browser. We never store your playlist text or stream URLs.
What does the dead-link check actually test?
It sends a HEAD request (with a GET fallback) to each unique stream URL from our edge checker and reports the HTTP status. Streams behind strict geo-blocks may report as dead even if they work on your network.
Why does my cleaned playlist have fewer channels?
The cleaned download removes exact duplicate URLs and any links the checker flagged as dead, so only unique, responding streams remain.
